You can drop off computers in need of repairs at our new offices in Ambleside on Kelsick road please call first on 015394 31863 to ensure we are available for a drop off. View on the Map Here
All in home repair's Are billed by the hours the first hour is £45 and £30 per hour there after, if your pc or laptop requires updates or re-installs of the operating system we would advise either dropping the computer of at our offices or arranging for us to collect it to keep the hourly costs down.

Pc Upgrades
Depending on the parts being ordered through Cumbria IT we only include a small charge for installation we dont add any % for the parts and are happy for customers to order their own whil ewe install them safley.

Pc Repairs
Dependent upon finding that fault and then either fixing the computer or having to order new parts, the initial charge would be £45 for the first hour then £30 thereafter ( when computers are running updates or installing operating systems we dont bill for this time if its being done at our offices )

Home Networks
Initial setup of a home network or broadband installation including wireless is a one of fee of £75 plus any cables or equipment required. This includes networking computers, games consoles and printers.

Data Recovery
Drop off or collection only service due to the amount time involved in the recovery please allow for 2-6 days for this service. One of fee of £70 per hard drive if we recover the data, no charge if we dont.

Data Backups
Not sure how to backup large files? or want to set your computer to automatically backup all files, then we can set this up for you, Fixed fee of £15 if the computer has been delivered to our offices.

Bought a new pc and now not sure what to do with it ? we can come to your home and have everything setup in no time for just £50

Laptop Screen Replacments
Each and every laptop screen has different costs but the average price for the screens are around £70 we charge £35 for the installation, If the laptop is still under warrenty please check with the supplier for a replacment, once we replace the screen it will void the warrenty !
